The pizza looked delicious but was not hot when I recieved the pizza delivered. The pizza was not sliced. I didn't know we had to request to slice it here in Italy. In America the pizza is delivered sliced, always. The pizza was delivered to the Hotel. No napkins were provided with the order and we had no way of slicing the pizza. It was a disaster. Overall, after we had to literally tear the pizza by hand, it was pretty good. May order from this place because it is close to the Hotel and we will be here 1 more week. Esperienza terribile. Per quanto riguarda le pizze, è stato un vero disastro. Erano praticamente immangiabili: l'impasto era crudo, la salsa acida aggiustata con lo zucchero, e gli ingredienti di pessima qualità. Prosciutto cotto che puzzava, incredibile. Abbiamo ordinato diversi tipi, ma ogni singola pizza era peggiore della precedente. Mi sento preso in giro e derubato. Il personale è stato incredibilmente maleducato, sembrava che fossimo un disturbo per loro. Ma soprattutto il titolare, ci ha trattato con arroganza ed in maniera assolutamente irrispettosa.
