Words fail me to describe this restaurant. The dining room is classic pulia elegance, vaulted ceilings of traditional stone, cool and pleasant. It's a modest sized dining room, the maitre dei is so pleasant, friendly and professional and sets the tone. The food, the food is amazing. I can't tell you just how good the food tasted for me and my wife. It's somewhat traditional with a modern, sophisticated edge. We have been in Pulia for two weeks and eaten in some really good places. This restaurant is on a different level. It's like a Michelin starred restaurant without the pomp and circumstance. If you like a superb dining experience give yourself a treat and visit.

To be a little critical some small details can make a big difference.
the sauce flavour is a little detached from the sashimi itself. Maybe personally I am too used to Edomae technics used in omakase so when I think of fine dining sashimi I relate my taste bud to aged sashimi instead of fresh sashimi so to speak.
