No one greeted us when we arrived. The person at the register seemed dismissive and slightly annoyed when we asked if anyone spoke English (dont really blame them). We mottled through with my pathetic Italian. Once we were seated the young person who served us was very sweet and friendly and did speak English so that helped. The pizza was decent but not great. The crust was very good (crispy and thin). The sauce had some flavor but not distinctive in any way, as so many other pizzerias that we have enjoyed since we came to Italy. To be honest, I was reading other reviews and I was tempted to try. My 3 stars just for the service. Is very overpriced for the quality that isn't nothing special, pasta was over cooked ,and portion very poor. The place isn't very organized, a lamp was behind my back,as I was in the school recital, all of insect my audience. I know you pay the view, but at least maybe is more honest let people pay a fee for that, instead, to ask a very high price for...

Siamo andati ieri a pranzo. 20 persone per festeggiare un compleanno.... esperienza da NON RIFARE! location esterna incantevole servizio e cibo pessimi! Siamo arrivati e dopo più di mezz'ora che aspettavamo è arrivata la cameriera che ci ha detto che causa problemi con il computer... non poteva prendere la comanda e dovevamo avere pazienza (ancora...) dopo un'altra mezz'ora abbondante le abbiamo chiesto almeno da bere e il mangiare per i bambini... insomma alla fine siamo stati praticamente costretti ad ordinare tutti gli stessi piatti per non sovraccaricare la cucina (ormai erano le 15 passate e oltre al nostro tavolo ce n'erano altri 4 per un tot di 12/15 clienti, di cui 4 hanno rinunciato sono risaliti sul loro gommone e se ne sono andati DIGIUNI), ciò nonostante la cameriera è sempre stata superficiale, disattenta, svogliata, quasi fosse colpa nostra il ritardo Il cibo veramente dozzinale il pesce probabilmente precotto e congelato.... i dolci che sembravano abbastanza accettabili (se non altro nella presentazione)...su 8 che ne abbiamo ordinati, in 2 c'era dentro un capello!!!!.....forse perché la nostra svogliata cameriera (forse anche responsabile perché l'unica senza divisa...) ogni passaggio che faceva poi si allisciava la coda?????gli inconvenienti possono succedere.... ma il modo in cui li affronti fa...
