Review of Cadillac American Diner - Bibione, Italy
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
If you're in Bibione and looking for a taste of America, Cadillac American Diner is an absolute must-visit! From the moment I stepped inside, I was transported back to the vibrant 60s café scene. The retro décor and charming ambience reminded me of home in California, making me feel right at ease.
The highlight of my visit was, without a doubt, the burgers. They were simply delicious – cooked to perfection and the ideal size! Each bite was packed with flavor, and you can tell that the quality of ingredients is top-notch. It's hard to find a burger that strikes that perfect balance, but Cadillac has nailed it.
The entire dining experience was fantastic. The friendly staff added to the welcoming atmosphere, making it a perfect spot to enjoy a meal with friends or family. Whether you're craving a classic cheeseburger or looking to indulge in something more adventurous, this diner has something for everyone.
If you're in the area, don't miss out on this gem. Cadillac American Diner is more than just a place to eat; it's a little slice of home away from home. I can't...
Read moreVery disappointed. This was the first poor meal we’ve had after a week in Bibione. Certainly will not be back again. had to ask to order drinks had to ask to order food one kid meal arrived 15 mins before the other 3 meals. Had finished before the rest of us started. waitress had zero interest on whether we needed anything. No salt, no ketchup on the table. (Supposed to be an American style diner) feta salad was so bad. Only a few small pieces of feta the burger with caramelised onion was so sloppy, with too much ketchup. Meat did not seem to be good quality. Didn’t bother finishing it. the fries were the best part of the meal location is good and diner looks great but the staff service and food quality is really lacking. Step it up Cadilac and you could have a...
Read moreWe went to get lunch here on to days during our stay in Bibione. The first time we had two burritos which were both quite good. The nachos served with them were oke and the dips were probably not freshly made. But all in all for 13€ per dish pretty good. The second time my boyfriend had the same burrito than the day before and I had a Sandwich. Even though we went the day after the burrito didn’t taste the same. The sandwich was huge and did taste quite good. It was served with fries which were also probably store bought. The menu is huge, has a lot of different options to choose from. The interior is quite realistic to an original American diner. The staff is friendly and speak a verity of languages. All in all we had some...
