when standing in line and our waiter (thinking I don’t speak Italian) tells the cashier to “salt” the bill (add on some extras) and the response is that’s already been done. And indeed it was a much more generous bill that was presented. Having worked in the restaurant industry for many years, I can say that to 99% the following holds true. The cleanliness of the toilet is a very good indication of the cleanliness of the kitchen. I haven’t been in this particular kitchen, but I’ve entered the toilet and came out very quickly. I won’t go into details but the place is in no shape for human use. One can only hope the kitchen is VERY different, but I do doubt it.

Waited a whole lot cause the front of the house was unorganized. The staff barely spoke any english. I ordered Frutti di mare. I got my food for the last out of 4 (like 15-20 mins after the first order arrived to the table). But they brought it out in a pizza cause the waiter misunderstood my order. 2 mins after he brought me a plate of stone cold barely cooked oysters with full of sand. After this whole thing I got another kind of clam plate. That was way better than the last ones. I enjoyed the food but the dining experience was awful. Also.. bring your translator with yourself if u decide to visit this place cause you wont find any english on the menu besides the "dont...

Dopo diversi anni passati a gustarsi 1 buona pizza e qualche volta anche pesce Mi spiace dirlo ma dopo quest'ultima esperienza che è stata molto negativa Ovviamente dopo aver prenotato w aspettato 15 min in piedi ad aspettare che ci dassero il tavolo Abbiamo ordinato 2 pizze Dopo 30 min che nn arrivavano Siamo stati richiamati da dei movimenti strani che si verificava Nel reparto della pizzeria Mi spiego meglio 4 camerieri discutevano su 2 pizze2a un certo punto è partito 1 cameriere a preso le 2 pizze ed a iniziato a girare tra i tavoli con le pizze in mano dopo aver girato tutte e 2 le sale a riportato le pizze alla pizzeria e li si sono rimessi a discutere dopo diverse discussioni il pizzaiolo è uscito dalla pizzeria e anche lui controllava ordine Se non ché dopo 15 min di orologio Sono ripartiti con le pizze e anno fatto 1 altro giro x la sala e si sono forse accorti dal nostro sguardo chw forse le pizze erano x noi Arrivate al tavolo le pizze risultavano fredde abbiamo fattonpresente alla cameriera che le pizze erano fredde E lei con risposta nn molto educata E nn molto garbata Le a riportate indietro Dopo 25 min di orologio sono ritornate nn vi dico in che condizioni Le abbiamo mangiate xke avevamo fame Ma in 1 altro momento mi sarei alzato e me ne sarei andato Manca 1 po di cordinazione tra chi scrive le comande e chi gestisce il personale della sala il pizzaiolo nn so da quanto tempo fa quel lavoro I camerieri sempre a giro tra i tavoli anche se nn c'e bisogno morale della favola 1 gran casino

P.S. Quando un cliente che paga rimanda indietro 1 piatto che non va bene il piatto si lascia su un carrello accanto al tavolo del cliente Si fa rifare il piatto e solo quando si riporta il nuovo piatto dopo averlo rimesso sul tavolo del commensale Si portano via quelli che nn andavano bene
