A Standout Dining Experience in Italy!

This has been one of my finest culinary experiences in Italy to date. The ambience was exceptional, elegant yet inviting, and the service warm, attentive, and effortlessly gracious. From the first moment, we felt truly welcomed and well cared for.

The meat was of outstanding quality, prepared to perfection. However, the so-called “Béarnaise” sauce fell short of the classic, presenting more as a buttery reduction than the expected herbaceous emulsion.

I really think that the food is very good here BUT I didn't get the chance to try it. We went there to ask if they have a table for two and they just stared at us saying nothing. Asking again they say no and looked away. I understand to say no if there are reservations of the place is full (they said nothing about the EMPTY tables around being reserved). My guess is that we were not seen as "good" customers becaude we weren't dressed fancy. I think that the service should matter at a restaurant so that is why I leave this review..for awful...

Such a lovely evening at Taverna Kus. You can reserve on WhatsApp in advance, in English, which is really helpful. I mentioned it was our anniversary and they made an effort with our dessert. The food was delicious - we had the fish 4 course menu. We turned up on our pushbikes with helmets etc, (but dressed for a nice evening meal) - no snobbery to us - so disagree with previous reviews about needing a posh car! Will certainly come again next time we are in the area. A real pleasure in...
