Absolutely terrible customer service.|I’ve driven 19h to get here, booked for me and my dog on booking.com for 8 nights, after arrival at the destination I was welcomed by a woman and a man that were arguing… I understood that they weren’t aware I was booked in… well they managed to get me a room I made sure they are still happy to have me and my dog.|I’ve put my bags in to the room went back to get my dog and as I’m walking in the woman is looking at my well behaved dog (Belgian shepherd)|10 min later I get knock on my door and I’m being asked to come out to talk about my dog that done nothing wrong! No noise just well behaved walked next to me to the room.|They said I can’t stay here with this dog. She needs to have muzzle and all that. I said I booked this hotel as it’s Pet Friendly!|And they said the dog is too big! There was no such an information anywhere!|They really upset me I had tears in my eyes!|I came to Italy to compete with my dog at the World Championships it is very important trip for us and we need a rest.|The dog is very well trained and no problem whatsoever so ever they just didn’t like her size.|Because of this horrible experience I had to book another hotel 30min from my competition and 2x more expensive! Had to drive 1h through the night in a foreign country.|Spent way more that my budget allowed and risked my safety as a single woman at night.|I’m really really not happy...

Succede di rado, molto di rado, di imbattersi in tesori nascosti.… venerdì sera ne ho trovato uno.. mai avrei pensato di trovarlo a pochissimi km da casa mia.. dopo essere stato a Napoli e aver assaggiato le Top pizze di Sorbillo e tante altre, sono sempre alla ricerca della vera pizza Napoletana..|È incredibile andare a Napoli restando a Sanguinetto , invece è così..|Un pizzaiolo campano fantastico, che trasuda passione, che ti serve il basilico fresco sulla margherita.|Un pomodoro superbo contenuto in una pasto dalla consistenza e cottura perfette.. la mozzarella filosa ma poco acquosa.. una|Margherita da concorso.. di una leggerezza e digeribilità disarmante, qua la lievitazione é lunga, lunghissima….|Il personale è gentilissimo e premuroso.. mi sento in famiglia..|Finché mangi la prima fetta pensi già di ordinarne un'altra..|Questi fantastici ragazzi sono partiti col piede giusto, sono qui solo da 5 mesi, e di strada ne faranno e tanta... Stasera sì signore e signori sono stato a Napoli... e ci messo molto meno che prendere...
