You failed to meet the customers expectations repeatedly during your service and upon our visit on September 11. To begin, and after 25 minutes of taking our order the waiter came to see us to explain that they did not have enough clams for the '' spaghetti a le vongole'' that were ordered by two customers at my table. Thereafter and once we placed our second order , it took an additional 45 minutes to receive our dishes. More frustrating and disappointing is the fact that the entire restaurant was vacant when we got served and most of the guests had enetered after we did. It was me to ask if anything out of the ordinary had occured and in essence they should have been the ones. More so also have the decency to give some explanation or apology. To make matters worse they fed me some lame excuse without portraying any apologetic behaviour. I then explained that unforeseen occurences or imponderables can happen- yet it is within civilized behaviour and proper etiquette to keep the customers aware and excuse the wait. I consider this to be inconceivable, disrespectful and furthermore unforgivable when they didn't seem to have the least care to have excused themselves for what...

Sconsiglio vivamente la fermata qui. Attirati dalla luminosità esterna del locale siamo entrati e tutto è apparso diverso. In 2 ci siamo stati a cena due sere fa. Antipasto di arancini ai calamaretti. Un po’ zuppi d’olio ma il buon gusto copriva un po’ il resto. Poi la discesa libera con una frittura mista che ho sbagliato a non rifiutare subito. Era chiaramente fatta con olio vecchio. Gamberoni con odore di ammoniaca. Pesce azzurro che puzzava (molto) di vecchio. Calamari duri. Olio di frittura vecchio. Tutto era scuro. L’altro secondo era un filetto per niente buono e oltretutto non correttamente macerato perché al taglio rispondeva con sangue colante. Aspettavo di spiegare perché avevo lasciato quasi tutti sul piatto (che tra l’altro aveva poca roba) ma nessuno mi ha chiesto niente, in fondo, durante la cena ho avuto l’impressione che tutti gli addetti di sala fossero ipoudenti… Alle nostre richieste accennavano una risposta solo dopo aver gesticolato chiaramente mentre i tavoli vicini udivano chiaramente. La pulizia del bagno poi sembrava demandata alla pietà degli avventori che usassero un po’ di carta igienica per fare una specie di copertura allo sporco. L’odore però diciamo era…INTENSO! Pessima esperienza. Punteggio assolutamente ingiustificato. Ogni locale ha la propria filosofia di riguardo e rispetto al cliente e non può esserci una tale differenza di trattamento come letto in altre recensioni.
