White Bar — Restaurant in Sant'Agata di Militello

We stopped by White Bar in Sant’Agata for some gelato and were absolutely blown away, this was easily the best gelato I’ve had in my entire life! From the moment we walked in the team made us feel so welcome. They were incredibly friendly and generous, offering us several flavors to try without us even asking. Their warmth and enthusiasm made the whole experience even more special, they truly go above and beyond. The gelato itself is on another level. Every flavor was rich, creamy, and bursting with freshness. The frolli limone and pistacchiosa were absolute standouts, SO unique and full of flavor. And the orange gelato was unlike anything I’ve ever tasted; vibrant, fresh, and perfectly balanced. You can really tell they care deeply about quality and customer experience. This is a quite well know bar in the town and the quality of the items is really very good. You can enjoy different flavours of great ice cream as well as the famous sicilian granita, semifreddi and various other stuff. Avevo in precedenza fatto una recensione su questo Bar, ed era positiva! Le cose sono un po' cambiate da un paio di mesi a questa parte, dovuto al nuovo restyling del locale e al cambiamento di personale (in peggio) che non è all'altezza di quello precedente. Poi vorrei aggiungere che i prodotti di rosticceria non sono mai pronti a metà mattinata, mentre prima non accadeva. Questo è dovuto sicuramente a una non buona organizzazione del lavoro. Ultimamente anche i prezzi sono cambiati e lievitati, mi è capitato di pagare un caffè con un po' di panna 1,00 €., anche se penso sia dovuto ad una responsabilità della improvvisata cassiera. In altri Bar della stessa cittadina, di qualità sicuramente migliore, il caffè con un po' di panna costa 0,80 centesimi. Qualcosa vorrei dire anche sui tempi dell'ordinazione ai tavoli e alla consegna di ciò che si è ordinato, che sono davvero biblici! Questa recensione è sicuramente negativa per tutti...
