Visited with my wife while visiting the area and staying nearby. We are English and do not speak much Italian. The server also did not speak much English, but was very patient with us and from the time to make sure the order was right.

We had the pistachio pasta and four cheese pizza, plus a half litre of house white wine. The pistachio pasta was out of this world, I simply cannot overstate how much we enjoyed this. After two weeks of eating out in Italy, it's easily top 3 pastas. The four cheese pizza was very tasty, though I found the addition of gorgonzola cheese to be quite overpowering of the other lovely cheeses.

The prices were very reasonable and we were pleased that they offered a box to take home leftover pizza, not something we have encountered a lot of in our two weeks here. Service is very typically Italian, very friendly, while letting you be to have a dinner in peace.

We ate outside to enjoy the lovely September Sicilian evening and found the patio to be quite dark, a bit more lighting would have been enjoyable, but this was a minor point.

No hesitation to recommend to tourists to come check out the rather long list of pizza options, but bring Google translate or another app that can translate a picture to decode the menu. Note that the location is up a long, steep driveway and the sign at the base is somewhat faded. Google's estimate of where to turn is spot on.

Grazie for the...

Esperienza deludente e senza parole.

A wonderful place. Delicious food. The restaurant offers exquisite traditional Italian dishes. Appetizers, pasta, a huge selection of pizzas, and delicious red wine make for a pleasant evening in a place where the food is as delicious as the beautiful view surrounding your table. A must-see.
