Ristorante Tre Ponti — Restaurant in Santa Maria di Sala

This restaurant has been around for a very long time, in fact I remember eating there about 30 years ago. Apparently the same family still own and run the restaurant. The restaurant has been revamped, there's a large dining area for bigger groups and a smaller more intimate one for fewer people. The decor is very original and eye catching the lighting great which all helps to enhance the service. The menu is mainly fish and some meat dishes, and, apparently changes every so often. In particular our guide (waiter) for this culinary walk was RAFFAELE, a real professional. He's young, enthusiastic and very well informed about the wines and menu. He patiently explained the origin and difference between the oysters, the making of their home made bread and crackers, what wine would enhance our menu choice and after each dish asked our opinion and listened attentively. On the other hand I was disappointed to see the chef come into the dining room and greet two couples at different tables but didn't bother with us. This may seem petty but I found it quite rude. Maybe he could improve on that.. We had a free entrée of gazpacho, and seafood bignè. We chose oysters, la catalana, and fried fish for our meal. The food was excellent, the fish tasted so fresh and the slightly warmed fresh vegetables with the catalana were very tasty indeed. The fried fish wasn't the best I've had as it was served with some fried vegetables which in my opinion were too saturated in oil. Buona Esperienza con una Sorpresa Speciale

Il Ristorante Tre Ponti si è rivelato un'ottima scelta per una cena piacevole. La location è carina e accogliente, creando un'atmosfera gradevole. Tuttavia, devo ammettere che, nel complesso, il ristorante non spicca per qualcosa di particolarmente originale, fatta eccezione per una vera e propria gemma nascosta: una sala privata con pavimenti in vetro davvero suggestiva. Cenare in questo ambiente è stata un'esperienza unica e memorabile, aggiungendo un tocco di magia alla serata. Per quanto riguarda il cibo, ho trovato i prezzi adeguati alla qualità offerta. I piatti erano ben preparati e gli ingredienti freschi, confermando un buon livello di cucina. In sintesi, il Ristorante Tre Ponti è un locale valido dove gustare una buona cena in un ambiente piacevole. La vera sorpresa e il punto di forza è indubbiamente la sala privata con pavimento in vetro, che da sola vale una visita e rende l'esperienza decisamente più speciale. Siamo appena tornate dal pranzo di pasqua. Finalmente un ristorante come si deve.cioe eccellente nel locale arredi professionalita gentilezza ,raffinatezza e gusto anche e persino nelle divise dei proprietari e dei loro collaboratori. Eccellenza dei dettagli.eccelleyte il cibo ,pesce fresco ,ottimamente cucinato ,e elegantemente servito.gentilezza e accortezza da parte di tutto lo staff pur essendo un giorno di festa e di pienone nel locale.me lo avevano consigliato e sin dalla telefonata fi prenotazione ho capito che erano uno staff diverso dalla massa.lo consiglio a tutti gli amanti del buon gusto e della raffinatezza. Torneremo volentieri e persino mia nipote di y anno unica bimba in tutto il locale non si e sentita affetta a disagio ma d star tanto coccolata dalla signora Stefania d dal signor Stefano che d tornata davvero felice.grazie di tutto .Grazie per la splendida giornata di pasqua che mi avete permesso fi trascorrere per me che ho 84 anni e che sono una emigrante siciliana che vivo in Veneto con mia figlia e mia nipote .grazie...
