A hidden gem in San Teodoro! The place itself is in an amazing location, outside of the crowded and warm city center, up on a hill with panoramic views on the sea and a vineyard. We had the warmest welcome from the owners and the whole staff, always friendly, available to help and answer our questions. Last, but not least, the food is delicious, locally sourced and entirely handmade. This restaurant is by far the best in San Teodoro and one of the best restaurants i have dined at!! The whole experience of dining at la runcina is worth the trip! The food is incredible and the super kind staff and the service they offer is 10/10. The restaurant is located in a beautiful area which offers views of san teodoro below and is perfect for a romantic dinner or a gathering with friends! The menu offers amazing dinner options and a nice variety of wines to select from. My boyfriend and i went for our anniversary and found the whole experience to be fantastic so we even came back a couple days later! Unfortunately a very poor experience was excited to try as had received a recommendation to try but unfortunately on the day very bad service forgot a dish asked 3 times if the dish was coming and still nothing then was asked if we wanted desserts and we still haven't received one of our mains after 40 min when the rest had come out so we cancelled and left to have food elsewhere quickly the food that did come was lovely just a real shame that the level of service was so poor that it was not enjoyable at all, despite having a lovely...
