Ristorante Pizzeria Santa Maria — Restaurant in Sarno

Sono stato ad una cerimonia Domenica scorsa a pranzo, dunque, il menù é stato quello scelto che ho trovato abbastanza buono, particolarmente apprezzato da molti commensali il risotto funghi e salsiccia servito, una persona disabile su sedia a rotelle ha avuto facile accesso al ristorante e alla sala e anche qui nessun problema, sala abbastanza grande e accogliente, tv con collegamento a servizi pay. Ciò che invece mi ha infastidito (e non sono stato il solo) é stata la poca cura nel servizio. Camerieri con mascherine mal posizionate che lasciavano fuori il naso, tranne uno che aveva la mascherina messa in modo corretto,venivano serviti prima gli uomini che le donne, i piatti venivano letteralmente tolti davanti ai commensali senza chiedere se dovevano finire di consumare, ho visto il pane e vino tolti dal tavolo mentre era in corso il pasto, tanto che quando è stato fatto notare al cameriere quest'ultimo ha risposto che gli era stato detto di fare così. Ma la cosa che più di tutti mi ha infastidito é stato che dopo aver chiesto a chi ha commissionato la cerimonia che tutti avessero il green pass o tampone, all'ingresso non é stato controllato nulla. Cioè avrei potuto partecipare al pranzo anche se non lo avessi avuto visto che a nessuno é stato chiesto di esibirlo per l'ingresso, ciò mi dispiace perché avevo particolarmente apprezzato la professionalità di chiederlo preventivamente ma se poi non ti assicuri che tutti ce l'abbiano é una...

First off the food was good but portions were very small, for the price given (seafood) and both left hungry. On top they charged us for a wrong item on the bill and the waiter still insisted it was what we ordered (but the item name was not even on the menu). We also waiting very long for the service, maybe because we weren't locals like 99%.

Dissapointing because they take advantage of tourists when they see some, hope this will help others in their restaurant choice...

Wurde leider schlecht bedient.. Die Serviertochter hat uns abwürdigend gesagt das wir kein Aperol Spritz bekämmten da es schliesslich ein RESTAURANT ist.. Sehr schade...wir werden uns nochmals überlegen ob wir wiederkommen und hoffe das Sie die Getränkekarte und die Bedienung ein bisschen ändern.. Das Essen ging noch so.. Hatten nur Pizzas daher kann ich nicht sagen wie das Essen schmeckte.. Ambiente war Ok hatte Aber die sicht auf den Vesuv verdeckt.. Daher nur fair die bewertung..die Frau an der Kasse hatte uns ganz Blöde angeschaut und war total genervt von dieser Rezension wie auch die Kellnerin. Aber eine grosse frechheit war das die Kellnerin uns auf diese Rezension angesprochen hatte direkt bei uns am Tisch was mich und meine Frau natürlich sehr aufwühlte.. Das Highlight war natürlich das Sie uns 2 Grosse Wasser zuviel Verrechnet hatte nachdem ganzen Chaos.. Sehr sehr schade von einem...
