Ci siamo fermati per caso in questo meraviglioso piccolo locale..dopo aver assaggiato il loro stinco alla birra abbiamo deciso di tornare a cena per assaggiare le loro altre specialità. Cucina eccezionale, assolutamente da provare per chi voglia gustare piatti valdaostani ad un prezzo onesto! Ottime materie prime scelte con cura. Il vero valore aggiunto dello Chalet è la coppia di proprietari, di cui traspare la grandissima passione e cura che mettono in questo locale. Di una gentilezza che in questi tempi non è assolutamente scontata. Da non dimenticare anche un’ottima colazione con paste freschissime ed il Caffè Sergio (chi non sa cosa sia, si fermi e lo provi..vale la pena!).
