Rifugio Clot Bourget — Restaurant in Sauze d'Oulx

We are staying in the chalet del sole hotel/ restaurant. With our stay we booked a reservation here for diner, at the Refugio Clot Bourget. Through the help of a skidoo we arrived at such an amazing friendly atmosphere. After which we where greeted with 4 completely different but yet complementing courses, which all held there own delicious local flavours. Tartiflette was small and cold for an expensive €13. Paninis and crepes took ~15 minutes. Coffees ordered and arrived at different times. Discordance between burger, restaurant and Crepes ordering. A friend recommended we stop here for lunch mid piste skiing to taste their renowned burger. Well what transpired was a culinary surprise worthy of Michelin proportions!
