Recommended by a friend and probably one of the best restaurants I’ve had the pleasure to visit. Tucked away on the edge of town and looking like the sort of place you would swerve, it really is an absolute must if you find yourself in Sauze d’Oulx. So good that we actually went twice whilst there for 5 nights!
A very friendly and welcoming restaurant which specialises in both meat and fish. You have to ask for a table downstairs where the chef expertly chops away at a huge piece of beef before cooking on the open grill.
The steak and fish were cooked to perfection and the lobster spaghetti was incredible, so much so that we ordered both times. The deserts were also some of the best over our trip.

To be honest the food was great, the service was homey and cosy and even though we got a table in the bar we felt most welcome. They care for the places at its obvious by the army of locals coming in.
