Ristorante Chaberton — Restaurant in Sauze d'Oulx

Everything about this meal was fantastic, down to the starters of fresh Tuna Tartar they were able to get in today, to the amazing Octopus dish, who would have thought having fish and seafood in the Alps could be a thing. It was refreshing though as we have had a lot of meat.

The mocktails were fantastic, as was the sushi.

Finally the desert and wines were lovely, I don’t drink wines apart from desert wine, but I was told the red wine that was chosen for us was fantastic and the desert wine was lovely.

The waiters and head waiter were really friendly and looked after us so well. I would highly recommend this place and look forward to coming back again...

Purtroppo non si può dare meno di una stella perché sarebbe il giudizio giusto.. zero! Ristorante in un bellissimo hotel molto curato… peccato che non sia per nulla all’altezza. Carissimo per quello che offre, portate fredde, sia primi piatti che secondi, patate al forno crude! Ti danno una fetta di pane come fanno alcuni ristoranti gourmet peccato che il pane sia di almeno 3 giorni prima e riscaldato. Personale non formato, a tratti scortese. 54 euro a persona, conto esagerato e totalmente inadeguato per il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Quando abbiamo fatto presente i problemi alla cassa al momento del pagamento… neanche un euro di sconto è stato applicato!...
