I am a very demanding and sometimes difficult visitor to establishments. The slightest problem can make me angry and ruin my evening. In Italy, it’s hard for me to find a restaurant where everything is perfect. But here it was simply excellent. The staff is very polite and friendly. At my request, they immediately changed the table to the one I liked. The restaurant's interior is sophisticated. We got absolutely ripped off by Beppino. We booked this place for our wedding and paid €500 deposit and it was agreed that due to the pandemic we can postpone our wedding date if Covid 19 didn’t go away. Unfortunately we did not have this in writing nor as a signed contract. 7 months later Mirko told us that we can only postpone our date once and we have already lost our deposit, despite Covid 19 and all travel restrictions being still around. Pessima esperienza! Ordinato una Fiorentina di scottona carne eccezionale ma purtroppo arrivata fredda su piatto dopo essere stana nel tagliere per il taglio ( se la tagli a fettine non è più Fiorentina ma tagliata) più di 10 minuti! Fredde pure le patate al forno e le verdure! Informati il personale sull’accaduto. Poco dopo arriva una persona che si spaccia per il titolare, mi chiede quale sia il problema!!!???? Dico gli alimenti sono freddi pertanto non commestibili!!! Il titolare dice : ma guardi nessuno si è mai lamentato! Comunque se dice le riscaldo la carne e se la porta a casa!!!! Rispondo: no guardi cani a casa non ne ho!!! Sbigottito e incredulo mi risponde: lei non vuole pagare la carne??? Rispondo: no visto che non la ho mangiata; potrei averne un’altra bistecca magari cotta a temperatura giusta, risponde il gentiluomo: no perché abbiamo spento la brace alle 21:50!!!!!!! Andando via mi minaccia che se non pago la carne la prossima volta non troverò più un tavolo !!! Che maleducazione! Comunque a mio avviso si mangia discretamente!
