Terrazza Costantino — Restaurant in Sclafani Bagni

Simply exceptional! We had the pleasure of dining in Terrazza Costantino in early June and we are deeply puzzled why this 10 seat restaurant has not yet been awarded a star by Michelin Guide with ambience, service and food being consistently exceptional. The connection to the regional cuisine is strong and the inspiration from the surrounding natural area is clearly visible in each of the plates, resulting in dishes that are humble, pure and flavoursome. Especially worth noting were slow cooked eggs with local truffles, main course of pork with tomatoes and asparagus and pre-dessert where foam, granita and sorbet were made from Sicilian orange and yet each was distinctive in flavour.

What was especially impressive is that the whole menu is cooked by a single chef, who also finds the time to help serve the dishes and interact with the guests. How this is all possible is beyond my understanding.

Excellent wine pairings as well, which enhanced the dishes.

Tasting menu was 46 EUR, which was one of the best value dinners we have ever enjoyed. I would be happy to pay double or triple for this quality of cooking.

Hands down one of the most memorable meals of my entire life. Chef Giuseppe and Luigi bring together an authentic Sicilian meal with Michelin quality and service via incredibly fresh & local ingredients (for an unbelievable price I will say). The entire experience is incredibly intimate, situated in one of the smallest Sicilian towns with only a few tables available, being personally served by the chef while being surrounded by truly breathtaking views. We feel so lucky to have been able to experience this. The wine is incredible, the food is divine (creative, delicious, beautiful, thoughtful, etc.) We drove a good distance from Palermo for this meal and were hesitant at first but I can say with 100%, do not leave Sicily without...

Delicious Dinner at Terrazza Costantino in Sclafani Bagni!

We thoroughly enjoyed a fantastic dinner at Terrazza Costantino! The location offers stunning views of the surroundings, making the dining experience even more special. The menu was a flavorful mix of local dishes, and each course was perfectly prepared and beautifully presented.

The atmosphere was warm and inviting, allowing us to feel at ease right away. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring we lacked for nothing. The dessert was a delightful finale to the evening and truly a must-try!

Overall, this was an unforgettable culinary experience in Sclafani Bagni. We will definitely return for more!
