SAPORI - Pizzeria e Ristorante — Restaurant in Segrate

Neapolitan pizza with the classic "large frame" in San Felice. It is located in Piazza Centro Commerciale in Segrate. The location is modern but a bit anonymous, but you can understand it because it is also a Lounge Bar, therefore equipped for aperitifs (I look forward to it). The mise en place is very simple, but elegant, with an artistic touch on the choice of colored glasses for the mineral water. The raw materials used are good and the Pizza, in particular we chose three: one Neapolitan (made to perfection), one with pork sausage and the last with Speck and broccoli. All good. The prices are a little high for being outside Milan, but I will return to try the cuisine and pizza...

We had such a great experience here. We were stupid and didn’t read the menu clearly, and ordered the Neapolitan pizza, not knowing it doesn’t come with cheese. The waiter was so kind and made us a new pizza with cheese, and didn’t even charge us for it. Everyone was so kind and food was amazing....

Il cibo è anche buono, ma in quanto servizio non ci siamo proprio... 50 minuti per fare 3 pizze, di cui una era una marinara da noi richiesta VEGANA appena ordinato, ripetendolo più volte al cameriere (abbiamo notato che in questo locale la ricetta della marinara comprende acciughe). Inutile dire che hanno sbagliato l'ordine e la pizza in questione non era vegana, ma non è stato tanto questo il problema quanto il fatto di volerci pigliare in giro con un "cambio veloce di pizza" che difatto è stato togliere acciughe di nascosto e portarci la stessa identica pizza (che tra parentesi oramai aveva il sapore di pesce). Mi sono confrontato in seguito alla cassa con quello che penso fosse il proprietario e ha liquidato la cosa negando tutto e con questo ha tranquillamente proceduto a farmi pagare anche la famosa marinara.
