Over the course of a week, I enjoyed both lunch and dinner here, trying almost every dish on the menu. Each one was absolutely amazing, fresh, flavorful, and crafted with such care that it felt like a true celebration of this region cuisine.

What made the experience even more special was Simona. Her kindness, warmth, and genuine smile added so much to the atmosphere. She was always attentive, helpful, and full of great suggestions for dishes to try.

We walked up on a Tuesday night with a party of ten(6 adults,4 kids from 5-12). We got a table no problem. The only thing better than the service was the food. I can’t believe they only recently started serving pizza as theirs is amazing. Possibly the best I’ve had in Italy. Inaccettabile mancanza di trasparenza, serata rovinata nonostante un buon inizio.

Abbiamo deciso di provare questo ristorante attratti dalle recensioni positive, e inizialmente sembrava che tutto stesse andando per il meglio. L’antipasto, infatti, era ottimo: prodotti di qualità e ben presentati, che ci avevano fatto ben sperare per il resto della cena. Ma purtroppo, è bastato passare alla portata successiva per far crollare ogni aspettativa.

Abbiamo ordinato delle pizze, ignari che l’impasto, quella sera, non fosse affatto all’altezza. È stato solo dopo che abbiamo iniziato a mangiarle che il proprietario, con tono quasi disinvolto, ci ha informato del problema con la lievitazione. Ma perché avvisarci solo a quel punto, quando ormai era troppo tardi? Se già sapevate che l’impasto non era ben riuscito, sarebbe stato corretto e rispettoso informare subito i clienti, dando loro la possibilità di scegliere un’alternativa dal menu, piuttosto che rifilare un prodotto scadente.

Questa mancanza di trasparenza è inaccettabile. Nonostante l’ottimo antipasto, la pessima gestione del problema con le pizze ha rovinato completamente la serata. Ci siamo sentiti ingannati e presi in giro: è evidente che il ristorante ha preferito far finta di nulla pur di non perdere l’incasso delle pizze, invece di trattare i clienti con onestà e rispetto.

Serate come queste non si dimenticano, ma non certo...
