our table was booked for 8pm, didn’t end up leaving until 11:15pm. we got to the restaurant, and everything was going fine, we ordered but the food not being as described and it’s arrival was the problem. 1 person ordered a starter and it didn’t arrive until after we got all but one of our main dishes. the main dish that didn’t arrive was pepperoni pizza, and it didn’t arrive until way after 2 hours later. we had been waiting for about 20 minutes after our other dishes had arrived to ask where the pizza was, and we were told it would be there soon. after about an hour there was still no pizza in sight and at this point everyone else has finished their dishes. we then asked again, and we were told that it would still be here soon. after around half an hour one of the chefs came out to tell us there was no pepperoni, after a 9 year old had been waiting ages to get his food, and a margherita pizza would be out in 5 minutes. we had then been waiting for a further half an hour before we decided to go and look in the kitchen to see if it was cooking after we had had enough of it constantly being delayed. we saw into the oven and there wasn’t a single margherita in sight. after 10 minutes of still no pizza, we were completely fed up of the food being constantly delayed. we went into the kitchen just to find a pepperoni pizza right there in front of us, but it still wasn’t for us. after a long argument with the chefs, who were just sitting around doing nothing for all the time we were there, they finally reluctantly handed us the pepperoni pizza. nothing can describe how angry we felt after discovering we had been blatantly lied to and a 9 year old had been made to wait 2 hours late at night when pepperoni pizzas were still being handed out to everyone but us. however, this still wasn’t the end of it. i ordered the spaghetti with just a tomato sauce, nothing else, as i am vegetarian. it came out and it looked perfect. the pasta was more than halfway finished, and then i spotted a big chunk of beef in there. i haven’t eaten meat for 5 years so after i had eaten it, i felt really sick and like i was constantly about to throw up. my cousin ordered exactly the same dish as me, however, she is severely allergic to dairy. if the beef had contained even the smallest bit of cheese in, she could’ve been hospitalised and potentially killed. after all of this, we went and explained about everything that had happened, and we didn’t get any apologies whatsoever, and we were still made to pay the bill. there was also a family that we knew who were also at the restaurant at the same time as us, and one of the people are coeliac, and they had no gluten free pasta left, so they had to travel back to their house to get the pasta, to bring back for them to cook. as they were paying the bill they were being charged for the pasta that they brought with them. overall, the restaurant has very slow and bad service and we generally don’t understand how they have returning customers, as we have been twice and completely...

Una piacevole sorpresa.Cibo veramente buono e porzioni più che abbondanti.Personale educato e disponibile alle spiegazioni dei singoli piatti;soprattutto nella persona di Raffaella,la cameriera molto gentile e preparata che ci ha esplecato e suggerito i vari piatti del menù per tutta la durata della cena.Abbiamo magiato antipasto di formaggi misti di caprino locale veramente ottimi.Primi di pasta fresca,(spaghetto alla Giovanniello,gnocchi ai funghi porcini),buonissimi!!!.Per non parlare della tagliata e della entrecote morbidissima e gustosissima; il tutto accompagnato da una focaccia divina.Ambiente familiare.Se si vuole gustare il vero cibo casareccio questo è decisamente il posto giusto.Per quanto riguarda il costo della cena,direi che il prezzo è più che onesto.Qualita' prezzo e quantità,darei un bel 10+.Torneremo...
