MeM Convivium - Fine Dining Restaurant — Restaurant in Senigallia

Had a lovely dinner with friends at MeM last night. We decided to go for "tasting menu" and that was just the perfect decision. You can chose seafood/fish option as well if you are not a big meat fan. All the dishes were divine, a pure sympathy of tastes. My favourite was the Mazzara shrimp with caviar, which was the first dish served. Chef Simo explained all the ingredients and where they were coming from, so you could really try specialties from all over Italy.
