This restaurant is truly a creationist's dream! All the dishes are either your creation or the creation of the chef, so therefore completely unique to other restaurants! You can either completely customize a pizza with very high grade toppings wether them been regional or of the fresh toppings list. You can go as far as customizing the flour and the technique used to make the pizza! To take things further, if you decide to order something with any kind of meat, you are given the freedom of placing it any way you want! They give it to you nicely on a very nice wooden board and you can then arrange it on your pizza any way you want. If you order to takeaway, then it is neatly wrapped as if from the butcher. Now to the chefs creations, the menu is small but because of that everything is extremely well tasted so it's easy to tell that there was thought and time put in each and every recipe. Now finally about the deserts. As you can anticipate, they are amazing too and most of them have a nice little own personal spin of the chef so they're not too traditional! This place is just amazing, the pizza is the best in the whole province, any local will probably agree, the location is very elegant and the service is both simple and very professional. For what concern my experience we ate 2 pizzas, drank roughly 1l of water and ate 2 desserts and everything was just perfect for the more than honest price of 35 Euros. You can actually see and taste the quality of the products you are consuming and the care they take in the preparation. The service, once again, was fantastic. Stelle immeritate a mio avviso, purtroppo se nella moltitudine di recensioni positive ne trovi pochissime negative come la mia, la cosa potrebbe sembrare non veritiera; in questo caso non è così credetemi almeno per la mia esperienza. Attesa di 10 minuti all'entrata senza alcun motivo...il locale era vuoto al nostro arrivo ore 12.30. Servizio lentissimo, il menù nascosto in audiocassette soprattutto per un nuovo cliente potrebbe non essere così immediato, abbiamo aspettato 10 minuti per poi capire che il menù non sarebbe mai arrivato ma era nascosto sotto forma di audiocassetta. Una patata di antipasto che vagamente ricordava una papas brava spagnola, purtroppo, in realtà era buona di sapore il problema è che non si fa con patata di dimensione di una patata novella e pagarla 7 euro è un'assurdità. Mezzo litro di vino in caraffa che in realtà era meno di 400ml. Queste furbate tolgono la mia fiducia. Mi servi una carbonara al radicchio e non mi porti il formaggio grana? Mi fai il caffè ed arriva freddo e senza la classica schiuma dell'espresso. Bhoo francamente non so come possano essere giustificate certe recensioni. Molto probabilmente è affollato di persone che non sanno cosa sia la ristorazione fuori dalla valle e senza offesa per nessuno. Alla fine riassumendo in due persone, una patata novella, una carbonara minimalista come dose, 7 gnocchi di zucca di numero intendo non di piatti, 400ml di vino in caraffa, 450 ml di acqua, 1 caffè espresso, senza tovaglia con posate da sagra paesana 38 euro.
