Hate giving negative reviews however it was terrible.

Been going to this restaurant for 20years Today was my last visit. Celebrating fair Augusto today with family and small children, what was meant to be a 5 course set menu. Complete shambles and sub standard food and service. We had received our 3rd course after 3 hours and asked multiple times for the following course which never came. After 40 minutes waiting we decided to leave. Spoke to manager regarding and the fact we only had half the menu and she explained the issues to which she said we had to pay for the entire menu if you have or not we were on table 22.

Stamattina con mio figlio e mio marito ci siamo recati in questo "pseudo villaggio" sperduto nelle montagne tra Venafro e Presenzano...avevamo voglia di rinfrescarci un po', visto il CALDO di questi giorni. In biglietteria 3 ingressil 6€ cadauno + 3 lettini 2 €cadauno + ombrellone altro 2€ totale 26€... Arrivati in piscina (a forma di asinello) ci rendiamo conto che è piccolissima, neanche due bracciate ed il perimetro è già fatto! Avevamo scelto ombrellone e lettini rivolti verso la vista delle montagne, il bagnino ci ha detto che non era possibile aprire l'ombrellone poiché il vento l'avrebbe fatto volare ( NON C'ERA UN ALITO DI VENTO), ci siamo spostati in un'alta angolazione dove stavamo stretti come sardine tra gli altri ospiti che già occupavano il posto sotto "il muro". Il tempo di sistemare i teli sui lettini..chiediamo la password wi-fi che ogni minuto si disconnette e ci rendiamo conto che anche la linea telefonica È ASSENTE! Vespe ovunque, il rischio punture è elevatissimo!!! Mentre ci avviamo per fare il bagno, veniamo fermati dal bagnino perché c'è lo STOP: NON SI PUÒ FARE IL BAGNO DALLE 13 ALLE 14 per l'attivazione delle pompe! 😱😱😱 Mai sentita una cosa del genere! Non si è liberi di FARE Il bagno quando si vuole!!! Dopo mezz'ora che eravamo arrivati, riordiniamo le nostre cose e andiamo via! Alla biglietteria lamentiamo i disagi e il biondino con gli occhi chiari, non si è scusato per i disagi ma ci ha invitato in maniera scortese ad andarcene indicandoci la strada. Pessimo il posto! Amazing property and the staff is outstanding.
