Verderame - Ristorante Pizzeria - Gluten Free — Restaurant in Sesto Fiorentino

A really nice place away from Sesto Fiorentino,with friendly stuff and delicious kitchen .We came for business to the area and thought for nice dinner. We had it but... 2 stars (original 3)and not 5 then... As an owner you can not charge 12 EURO for tab water even if you call it distilled or pure water.Its sla water i bottle rusable and comes from the city hall or from your bathroom as well. You can not charge anyone 12 euro for this water ...(even if you have written it at the menu no one waits re used bottles water for 12 euro..all wait a branded water)

But you do it....then its overpriced

But this is another story....but this is to be said at least once and to reconsider for a good cause...

After the reply of the owner i have to reply as well. The important on reviews is try to improve and be better and gain customers in this process. You insult easily a customer who spends over 100 euro in Sesto Fiorentino because gives you a simple tip to grow your business You should work on that... It will help you a lot...

The atmosphere was nice. The servers kept eyes on us so we don't have to wait for the dishes too long. I was really worried about the possibility of rain so we ate inside. The first dish was Polpette di Baccalà, delicious. I think it was the perfect combination. A bite of Baccalà with hummus and fried onion chips. Yum Yum. I loved the pizza with fried aubergine. So tasty. Although the portion was too much for me but I've got the chance to try a little bit of everything. The pork tastes a bit strange though... Anyway, the only thing that I am not happy about is the bridge you have to get through to arrive at the parking lot.. It was very difficult even for small cars... I hope they can do something...

Cena di Famiglia (anche numerosa 9 adulti e 4 bambini)di sabato sera in un Oasi di Benessere Spirituale in primis : dove ti trovi il tuo tavolo prenotato(per la nostra fortuna prenotato in largo anticipo) che ti aspetta al centro di questo bellissimo e curatissimo cortile Verde e floreale(👍 per il pollice verde che lo cura) . IL personale di sala sempre presente per soddisfare ogni richiesta(uno pensa ci mancherebbe altro sono pagati per questo ed é verissimo) pero' questa ondata di calore che stiamo attraversando non aiuta per niente e questi giovincelli non ti davano affatto l'impressione che anche loro sono fatti di carne e osse e sangue e questo merita un grande🤝👏. L'esperienza culinaria visuta e ricevuta al Verderame merita una valutazione altissima(I punteggi credo non giocano nessun ruolo in quanto ognuno ha il suo modo di valutazione). Vi posso elencare I nostri. Gli antipasti misti della casa con prodotti toscani super cercatti il crudo di una buonissima stagionatura ed idem il pecorino toscano nella sua evoluzione(fresco-semi- e stagionato)delicatissimo il salamino di cinghiale. Le pizze (sembra un enciclopedia sempre in evoluzione e la sensazione nostra é Stata che questo Ristorante non si limita a fare impasti e sfornare pizze bensi cerca la chimica perfetta da accostare alle esigenze e richieste della clientela) : Impasto eccellente: scioglievole in bocca, leggermente croccante nella crosta, cotto molto bene e digeribile. Ingredienti di qualità e abbondanti. La presentazione delle pizze ti lascia sicuramente una nota positiva con questi mix di colori che le mangeresti con l'occhio🤩. Tra di noi non poteva mancare LA Fiorentina 1,5kg ottima frollatura e marezzatura rigorosamente al sangue, qualita prezzo eccezionale. IL dessert l'abbiamo saltato(per la semplice ragione che lo assaggeremo la prossima volta speriamo anche presto). La Carta dei vini e la selezione delle birre ricercata con curatezza.

Tutte queste annotazioni lasciano intendere che in questo Ristorante ne vale veramente la pena a spendere i soldi (non tutti riescono a fare bene il mestiere "dell'Oste")
