L'Teit — Restaurant in Sestriere

Ieri sera, intorno alle 21:00, ho visitato questa pizzeria. Ho notato due tavoli liberi e non c’era fila, quindi ho chiesto alla cameriera se potevo sedermi. Mi ha chiesto per quante persone, e quando ho risposto che ero da solo, ha detto che doveva chiedere al responsabile. Dopo un momento, è tornata e ha detto semplicemente: “No free table, sorry”, girandosi subito senza darmi nemmeno la possibilità di rispondere.

Sono rimasto scioccato. Mi sono sentito trattato come se fossi lì solo per occupare un tavolo e ordinare un bicchiere d’acqua. Non mi era mai capitata una situazione del genere prima, e di certo non avevo l’aspetto di qualcuno che non avrebbe ordinato un pasto regolare. Un’esperienza davvero spiacevole, che mi ha tolto completamente la voglia di tornare in questo locale.

Wczoraj około godziny 21 odwiedziłem tę pizzerię. Zauważyłem dwa wolne stoliki i nie było kolejki, więc zapytałem kelnerkę, czy mogę usiąść. Spytała, na ile osób, odpowiedziałem, że jestem sam. Ku mojemu zdziwieniu powiedziała, że musi zapytać kierownika. Po chwili wróciła i oznajmiła: „No free table, sorry”, po czym odwróciła się i odeszła, nie dając mi nawet szansy na jakąkolwiek odpowiedź.

Byłem w szoku. Poczułem się, jakby traktowano mnie jak osobę, która chce jedynie zająć stolik i zamówić szklankę wody. Nigdy wcześniej nie spotkałem się z taką sytuacją, a tym bardziej nie wyglądałem na kogoś, kto nie zamierza zamówić normalnego posiłku. Very bad experience We came 3 people without reservation. There was plenty of free table. They told us to wait. After 15 mins they seated us. They never came to take the order even after asking twice. After 20 more minutes of waiting, we left. No one asked why even if they looked at us.
