Locanda Da Renzo — Restaurant in Siamajori/Siamaggiore

When we first arrived we were very surprised: the surroundings of this location are not what we expected. This nature around it is not very attractive and the highway is very close by. So close, that you can hear it, even though the sound is not that loud.|That being said, the pool is great, there are many comfy lounge chairs, there is enough shade and a bath towel had been provided for in the room. Our room was spacious and the bed was good and very large (2 meters wide).|There is no breakfast buffet, breakfast is being served at the table on the terrace and the offer is good, with a plate of fresh fruit and eggs cooked to order (great scrambled eggs) and other goodies. Only the quality of the bread was disappointing.|There is no restaurant service during the day, the restaurant opens for dinner at 8 PM.|For us the big down side is the fact that the restaurant is very popular and guests have access to the garden, where the rooms are situated. One evening, a group of about 8 people where having a drink at the poolside and were very noisy and loud, max 10 meters away from our room, way after midnight. We had to put earplugs in to be able to sleep.|Another night a party was hosted on the terrace and again, earplugs were necessary (so 2 out of 4 nights). |If not for the great service by Davide, we would have scored this location a 3, but his pleasant presence made us...

The minute we arrived Amed greeted us very nicely, with drinks, and tips for staying in the area.||||The overall experience was great, the breakfast was good and rich with a variety of fresh fruits, eggs, pastries, freshly squeezed juices yogurt coffee and generous service. ||||From the moment we left our room and head to breakfast David began to serve breakfast to the table. the breakfast area is in front of the pool, so that's a relaxing way to start your day. ||||The rooms are exactly as shown in the pictures. ||||The hosts were wonderful at any given moment and made sure we have everything we need, gave us sunshades and beach towels for the beaches we visited, left us a note written by hand with restaurants recommendations which we used :) ||||The room was spacious and overlooked the pool, the hotel restaurant is really good and recommended - you should definitely try the meat dishes. ||||I would be happy to mention Emad and David, who gave us a pleasant and personal service during our stay - we will be happy to come back with more friend to this magical place. ||||Thanks for...
