Ragno D'Oro — Restaurant in Signa

May 2022. On a tip from locals went to eat here. Its located on a parking lot, so don’t come for the views, but its easy parking. The service however was very good, and even for Italian standards very, very quick (it’s one of their main selling points). The main items here are pizzas (it’s also a take away). These looked great, but we ordered fish. This could be prepared in three ways and you get the whole fish. If you want, the staff can filet it for you. Fish was cooked well and the side dishes were also good. There is a small wine and beer menu. Price was modest, recommended for quick and good food...

This restaurant was recommended by the place we were staying (La Rugea), but I suspect it might be part of a paid partnership. Unfortunately, I found the pizza quite disappointing. I ordered the pizza tartufo, which had just a tiny amount of ham and only a hint of truffle. The dough was thick and extremely bland, making the entire pizza quite boring overall....

Sono abbastanza deluso, il posto in cui abbiamo mangiato è un tendone riscaldato a malapena da dei fornelli alimentati a gas cui la maggior parte non funzionanti, ambiente umido e addirittura con perdite dal tetto. Per un gruppo l'antipasto arrivava per ogni quattro,un piatto con 2 fette per salumi più un paio di crostini da dividere per farseli bastare. Attesa infinita e la pizza senza sapore che si salva per l'antipasto che però fatica a farsi digerire per il modo in cui è stato fatto lievitare,in più i gusti scelti da loro per un gruppo cui la maggior parte non ha gradito,e alla fine arriva il conto che mi ha dato il colpo di grazia 26€ !!! Non ci credevo eppure ho pagato,ma questo è un vero e proprio furto, capisco che le spese di gestione sono aumentate ma per lo meno se si vuole aumentare il prezzo si aumenta anche la qualità del servizio che si dà al cliente, non ci sono giustificazioni traete le vostre conclusioni e vi sconsiglio da cliente che ci è stato di andarci o perlomeno di comprare solo d'asporto perché veramente non meritate di essere delusi come lo...
