Ai Prati — Restaurant in Silvano d'Orba

We had the fritto misto for Aperativ and had 3 different pizzas. Everything was tasty and the price also was fair. Tried the dessert of the day from Chef aswell. Overall had a nice experience. They also have wide range of wines and there is a free parking just outside of the restaurant. Mostly it's crowded so you better to make reservations before visit. If I knew before what I know now, I wouldn't drive 40min for it. However, we went there because of the reviews (as you review now). In general, it's a nice restaurant & atmosphere. There is an exclusive variety of wines available. Reading the menus you might get some expectations ^^ - at the end we had very nice Burgers & some pasta . And that's it, an ok kitchen and restaurant....

Mi è recentemente capitato di prendere qui per la prima volta due pizze da asporto. Ho scelto per entrambe l'impasto classico con cornicione, una salsiccia e gorgonzola e l'altra salame piccante e gorgonzola per un totale di 25 euro. Purtroppo non posso dire siano state di mio gradimento, perché - a parte il cornicione - il resto è rimasto molle e colloso, cosa che non mi aspetto di trovare in una pizza e che oltretutto la rende poco digeribile. Forse avrei dovuto prendere quella stirata, visto che altre recensioni la esaltano? Oppure sono solo stata sfortunata. Commento a latere: è spiacevole anche leggere il tono delle risposte del proprietario alle recensioni negative degli utenti (lo so che alcuni non sono molto educati, però…), che invece dovrebbero essere considerate come spunti per migliorare.

AGGIUNGO IN RISPOSTA ALLA RISPOSTA del proprietario: la mia recensione va in coppia alla recensione precedente perché eravamo in due a mangiare, sì :) E confermo anche di aver recensito (anzi proprio reclamato) con supermercati per merce scadente, anche se a prezzi più bassi.
