Servizio rapidissimo e personale cortese

We stayed at this hotel to make our time at Gardaland more comfortable. The hotel has ample parking, good wifi, a lovely customized breakfast, and a beautiful location with great rooms and bathrooms. The only thing I didn't like about the room was the pillows - everything else was perfect! The bathroom was much larger than usual with amazing water pressure. Our triple room was amply sized with excellent air conditioning strength. Check in was a little difficult as the family was busy getting the restaurant ready for the evening, but once we caught someone's attention we were quickly escorted up to our room. Breakfast in the morning is typically served on their terrace - bread and pastries, yogurt and fruit are all out while meat and cheese and coffee with juice and water will be brought to you. The croissants are exquisite and warm out of the oven with a divine citrus powdered sugar on them. ||||The restaurant's evening meal is equally blissful and amazingly well-priced. The selection includes all the usual italian favorites, but their specialty is the open fire grilled meats. And they were fantastic. Try the local custoza wine, it's sweeter but lovely. The place does crowd up quick, so bring your patience as service slows down a lot once they have several large parties seated. It looks like it's in the middle of nowhere, but it's VERY popular and both of their large parking lots fill up in the course of the evening. Totally worth it, the food was amazing. Even my picky picky teenager finished his food and asked for...

Great hotel if you want to visit both Lake Garda (Sirmione) and Verona as both are 30 minutes drive from the hotel. We spend 2 nights here and spent a day in both towns. ||The whole place is spotless and has obviously been recently decorated. The lady who runs the place is amazing, constantly on the move, im not sure when she sleeps. ||The hotel which is above the restaurant is really charming whilst being modern and clean. Being above the restaurant isnt a problem as it doesnt appear to be open very late. ||The car park is right next to the entrance to the hotel so nice and close. There are lovely views over the local vinyards which is a lovely setting for breakfast which is served in the outside part of the restaurant. ||The restaurant is a must and really reasonable, probably the best meal we had in a 3 week trip. The wine was ridiculously cheap and great. ||My only criticism are the towels, which sounds petty but it was very odd. The towels (all of them) were basically table cloths. So when you got out of the shower they didnt really dry you, just became ridiculously wet. Given the size of the room there was space for a fridge and tea and coffee facilities, which would have been a great addition. Other than these minor points this a great hotel, ran by lovely people and one id...
