It started with the coolest experience with the lift to the first floor. The staff was extremely hospitable and nice. The decor was stylish yet theatric. The terrace was the most beautiful area of coziness. As the evening turned to night, there was the most beautiful lights that set the atmosphere.

We had the most amazing dinner, the food was out of this world compared to our expectations upon arriving to the small village.

Non ci sono parole per descrivere la perfezione. È la prima volta che vado in questo locale e ne ho approfittato per il mio compleanno. Un bellissimo locale che meriterebbe una vista migliore, ma avere la cucina a vista ripaga molto la mancanza di vista esterna. Servizio a 5 stelle. Mi sono sentito coccolato (anche se non sono abituato). Piatti e abbinamenti "strani" ma azzeccati. Si inizia con il pane caldo con burro salato di Normandia, spettacolare. Un entrée di benvenuto fantasia dello chef (vellutata di porcini e animelle). Abbiamo preso 2 antipasti: Lingua Salmastra: lingua cotta a bassa temperatura in guazzetto di mare con cannolicchi, cozze e alghe. Un'esperienza gustativa eccezionale, un'esplosione di sapori. Macinato di Fassona: si scioglieva in bocca, qualità della carne altissima. Siamo passati direttamente al secondo con una costata di Fassona da dividere: per i miei gusti l'avrei preferita più "al sangue" ma nonostante questo difetto, se così si può chiamare, la carne era saporita, morbida e succosa. Accompagnata da verdure arrostite e una crema di sedano rapa. Abbiamo chiuso con un la polenta alla catalana, un dolce nel suo complesso semplice ma veramente fatto bene, dolce il giusto. Qualità prezzo buono!
