Il Varieté, Bergamo — Restaurant in Sorisole

This little gem in the outskirts of Bergamo is a lovely veggie/vegan bar. After a long sunset walk in the heatwave, my mum and I got to this bar ready for a drink. The aperitivo was well made, ice cold and refreshing. The complimentary food was all vegan (upon our request), freshly made and delicious! The prices are very low for what we got. The girl behind the bar was friendly and very informative. For our second round she even offered to bring more of our favourite dish from the free food. Nice authentic atmosphere, and nice young enthusiastic stuff; good selection of beers on the tap and artisanal. The BEYOND burger is OK, a good vegetarian burger. The staff was rather disorganised, some items not available, partly to be understood being st. Stephen's day when we were there. The place has a young clientele and a good vibe. Pane buono, Beyond Meat gradevole, verdure ben preparate e nell'insieme gusto armonioso. Riempie senza appesantire. Patate fritte gustose, mayo vegana super.
