The structure is very worn and dated. The first thing that you will see is layering hanging out side of the room. Felt like a sloppy private home. The most disturbing part was that the restaurant on site is actually more of a party location and they hosted a party with very loud DJ set into the night. It was so loud that the windows rattled. THIS IS NOT AN EXAGGERATION. We had small children and asked that the volume me turned down and the response was that they had permission and needed to work as much as possible. It was not a relaxing weekend and we’re not able to get a hold of anyone over the phone to let them know of this terrible inconvenient. A relaxed, stylish and comfortable apartment hotel in a lovely area. Spoleto is a enchanting town just ten minutes drive away and it's in a great location to get to other fabulous Umbrian towns. The staff are really warm and easy going, the pool and bar perfect.||||It would have five stars but it's let down by small details. The suites have basic kitchen facilities but almost nothing to eat off or cooking utensils. The Wi-Fi doesn't work in the rooms and some of the bathroom fittings were hanging off.||||I would happily stay there again and I certainly recommend it - just a little more attention to detail required especially as it's not...
