Riserva Alberoni restaurant is hidden escape of Sleeping Beauty in the embrace of nature. Ambiance, summer garden are surely the big charm of the restaurant. Because in Italy dinner time is not just about satisfying the need for food or simply counting calories but a time of socializing over good food where everyone shares their adventures of the day. For this reason I reserved a table by phone as I expected a full restaurant. Maybe I made a mistake because I mentioned coming with children. At that moment the restaurant was still completely empty inside but I was given a table directly opposite the toilets. Don't take this as a complaint but I'm sure no one likes opening the toilet door while wrapping spaghetti. As a tip I might suggest some wooden wall in L style and removing only one table for two. The restaurant operates on a system where one orders the other brings and the third takes away. Here it is very important that the first person in line is the most professional one. He must take the right amount of time to greet the guest and present all the beauty of restaurant to the guest. I was surprised that there was no foreign language menu. Especially if the restaurant attracts foreign-speaking guests You will probably say that the guest should learn a few words of the language where he is vacationing. I certainly agree with that but probably words like duck ragu or frog feet are not the words I will need the next day when ordering a croissant and cappuccino.The problem is that every owner probably has the feeling that the waiter will present nicely and slowly what the guest can expect in this restaurant but unfortunately when explaining you somehow don't lose the feeling that the otherwise smiling waiter is already flirting back to the bar where the waiters have their own corner. What is the right recipe. At least in one for sure. English. Since today there is a kind of Instagram rule that everyone knows how to cook let alone give an assessment I will only give my personal and I hope, professionally based assessment: I immediately pointed out the first dish which was technically improperly prepared even though the waitress had to tell me three times that it was duck liver and that it was different from ordinary meat. I can say that they accepted the criticism in the kitchen immediately offered it for correction. For this gesture of the Chef I can add that he received my professional respect. Otherwise I don't know what the whole cuisine is based on or whether it's traditional or mediteran but fried squids were the best. I really haven't eaten such good ones in a long time. Skampi alla busara may be an unfamiliar recipe for me because I always felt a kind of honey taste. The charm of the sea has been lost. What I would like to point out is that I had to get up from the table twice. First for olive oil which I really needed for the mozzarella and arugula since the oil was only on one salad and second time for the salt which I needed for the roast beef. Modern restaurants avoid salt shakers on the tables,which is understandable but maybe they can make it a greeting from the kitchen and drip a few drops of oil salt it and justify three slices of bread in a paper bag. It would even be an event for many customers. For me the 3 awarded stars mean a good restaurant. However since this lowers the rating on Google and someone thinks that everything was bad I give it a fourth in the hope that in the future everything will work as a whole. I will definitely come back soon and I will be happy not only for a cappuccino and a cocacola on the summer terrace. Such restaurant with such attachments has great potential for many mentions in other tourist guides I believe that you deserve much more and I really wish you much success in the Future.

Quando un luogo è speciale lo capisci subito. L’Osteria Bisiaca l’ho trovata con google maps cercando un luogo che fosse in una posizione particolare ma non necessariamente sul mare e che avesse delle caratteristiche che la rendessero differente da altri. Qui ho trovato cura, qualità, passione ed una location molto carina. Frequentata da gente del luogo e quindi non “turistica” nel significato negativo dell’aggettivo, non ci sono molti piatti ma questo non può che essere che garanzia di qualità. I ragazzi, tutti giovani, che lavorano in questo posto, sono molto bravi e disponibili e l’esperienza presso l’osteria alla fine non può che essere positiva. Mio marito ed io abbiamo provato il bis di mantecati e il clan di zucchine come antipasto, entrambi gustosi. Poi abbiamo diviso dei ravioli con menta e pinoli e spaghetti con le peverasse accompagnandole con un friulano bianco fresco gustoso. Avendo poi una lista di grappe e amari molto ampia, abbiamo chiesto consiglio alla maître, ottenendo ottimi consigli. Ho suggerito di aggiungere al menù cioccolata o biscotteria per accompagnare questi liquori a fine pasto perché magari non tutti hanno voglia di un dolce. Infine, il prezzo, per la location, il cibo e il servizio, ritengo che il costo sia molto corretto e giusto: 2 antipasti + zie 2 primi con acqua e vino e una grappa ed un amaro a 76€

😧Это не отель‼️Это несколько гостевых комнат над баром. ||⚠️ ОПАСНО❗️||В углах комнаты торчат острые ветки от пола до высоты глаз. ||ОПАСНЫ НОЧЬЮ И ДЕТЯМ.||😡В брони booking.com указана регистрация с 14-00 до 21-00, мы приехали в 14-30 нашли запертое здание и никого. Хозяйка приехала только в 17-30‼️ и рассказывала как она занята и что мы должны были ей звонить для заселения⁉️на дверях куча бумажек и среди них есть её телефон и расписание когда регистрация в разные дни недели. Заявленная ускоренная регистрация растянулась на час❗️В результате получили связку ключей от калитки, входных дверей и комнаты и таскали ее везде с собой. Ключ от комнаты -мебельный и видимо подходит ко всем комнатам. ||☹️Комната: ||-«бутылка воды в номере» по условиям брони это ложь. Не было ничего. ||-дизайн спальни для девочки подростка с инсталляциями из древесных корней обмотанными бусами и пошлыми картинками целующихся лебедей на стенах. ||-ремонт не доделан, над дверями в стене дыра, плинтуса тоже не хватило. ||-жить в комнате неудобно. Дверь в туалет стеклянная откатная негерметичная поэтому свет и запахи из туалета мешают спящим в комнате. Крючки для полотенец почему-то внизу на батарее отопления. Сушилка дя полотенец в углу комнаты на высоте 40 см от пола😲🤣. Побриться в ванной невозможно - очень тусклое освещение. Читать в комнате невозможно -очень тусклое освещение. Пароль от интернета самым маленьким шрифтом на бумажке на высоте 2,0 м. После ввода пароля интернета не было. Ноутбук на письменный стол не поставить он занят лебедями и вентилятором. У кровати розеток нет а свободна у стола только одна. С зарядками проблемы. ||☹️Парковка - щебневая площадка в лесу без освещения и охраны. ||☹️Обслуживания нет вообще❗️Даже нет персонала как такового. Ночью нет никого. Да и днем тоже никого не было. ||☹️Завтрак : сок из коробки, несколько кусочков колбасы , булочка и круассан. Столовый нож и сыр пришлось требовать у хозяйки. Для бутерброда принесла кубики сыра на шпажках 🤣. Не было элементарных хлопьев и молока. Хозяйка или понятия не имеет что такое «шведский стол» или откровенно отбивает деньги затраченные на ремонт. ||⚠️ПЛЯЖ дикий. Завален водорослями ветками и бревнами. Стоит два огромных контейнера для строительного мусора. Проход х пляжу по узкой тропинке через густые дикие кусты. Глубина воды 0,5 м на удалении 50 м. Дальше не пошли. Настоящий муниципальный пляж в 2 км. || P. S. Это заведение видимо снэк -бар выходного дня. Признаков ресторана не обнаружено. Место для тусовок с разукрашенными бочками и садовой мебелью...

Дверь в туалет стеклянная откатная негерметичная поэтому свет и запахи из туалета мешают спящим в комнате. Крючки для полотенец почему-то внизу на батарее отопления. Сушилка дя полотенец в углу комнаты на высоте 40 см от пола😲🤣. Побриться в ванной невозможно - очень тусклое освещение. Читать в комнате невозможно -очень тусклое освещение. Пароль от интернета самым маленьким шрифтом на бумажке на высоте 2,0 м. После ввода пароля интернета не было. Ноутбук на письменный стол не поставить он занят лебедями и вентилятором. У кровати розеток нет а свободна у стола только одна. С зарядками проблемы. ||☹️Парковка - щебневая площадка в лесу без освещения и охраны. ||☹️Обслуживания нет вообще❗️Даже нет персонала как такового. Ночью нет никого. Да и днем тоже никого не было. ||☹️Завтрак : сок из коробки, несколько кусочков колбасы , булочка и круассан. Столовый нож и сыр пришлось требовать у хозяйки. Для бутерброда принесла кубики сыра на шпажках 🤣. Не было элементарных хлопьев и молока. Хозяйка или понятия не имеет что такое «шведский стол» или откровенно отбивает деньги затраченные на ремонт. ||⚠️ПЛЯЖ дикий. Завален водорослями ветками и бревнами. Стоит два огромных контейнера для строительного мусора. Проход х пляжу по узкой тропинке через густые дикие кусты. Глубина воды 0,5 м на удалении 50 м. Дальше не пошли. Настоящий муниципальный пляж в 2 км. || P. S. Это заведение видимо снэк -бар выходного дня. Признаков ресторана не обнаружено. Место для тусовок с разукрашенными бочками и садовой мебелью...
