Argiolas - Wine Bar — Restaurant in Su Masu/Elmas

Coffee was cold, pastries good but unfortunately I can't say the same for the staff who served me. The cappuccino was cold and I ve been ignored while I was on the queue. Few ppl were served before me. I finally ordered my coffee and the girl didn t ask me if I wanted anything else as you would do, and she started to serve another person. Bare in mind it wasn t extremely busy. When I told her that I haven't finished and I had to order some more she said: Signora lei mica me lo ha detto!! Well normally if you have been trained properly you would have learned that it s down to you to polite ask if your customer needs anything else before to start serving somebody else. They also served a cappuccino to a lady next to me that looked like a hot milk instead. When the lady ask where the coffee was as like I said it looked like a cup of hot milk, they said: Signora il caffé é sotto lo deve girare. I would suggest the management to check how the the staff work as ppl pay for coffee...

Exceedingly rude. I ordered an espresso macchiato with soy milk. They brought me a glass of soya milk, and an espresso… what is this? When I asked the waitress if this was the espresso macchiato I ordered.. she said yes it is and gave me a hand sign 🤌🏻.. The espresso was also burnt and undrinkable. A croissant that was at least 2 days old and also uneatable. I took one sip and one bite and had to leave. Stay away from this place, there is another coffee shop at the end of the corridor where people are actually nice and the coffee...

The staff are unacceptably rude. We arrived at around 8:15, asked what time they closed, was told (brusquely) not to worry. Having ordered a bottle of wine, the waitress closed the restaurant around us and asked us to leave at 9. The info on the table says they're open until 10. A surly, unpleasant period commenced, with the two waiting staff giving the evil eye and slamming plates around us. Do not waste your money. These people...
