Baita Pignau — Restaurant in Sutrio

Unfortunately I have to give this restaurant only one star, we came there to have lunch and the first thing that shocked me was that I asked the staff if they could give me the menu and the response was that they are full and there were only a few people inside, I don't know if there was some kind of misunderstanding or what but then I decided to swallow it,stay there and order panini from the outside smaller restaurant which was another mistake. I ordered 2 paninis, one turned out okay but the other one was disappointing. I told the staff that I want the second panini without mayonnaise. Then I went to sit and wait for my order, 10 minutes, 20 minutes and still nothing, the orders that had been taken after mine were ready in more or less 5 minutes and I was still waiting for my order. When I stood up and went to ask the staff what happened they started to preparing my order- so they forgot about mine. I told myself okay, we are just humans and everyone can make mistakes and forget. When my order was finally ready and the second panini that should be without mayonnaise was obviously with mayonnaise. Great place for lunch. Delicious food, generous portions and reasonable prices. Amazing view from the windows and truly welcoming staff! I really enjoyed my lunch there. Highly recommend for everyone visiting...
