I do not say this lightly - here I had one of the best meals of my life. Truly a special experience start to finish.

Everything about this place is beautiful and luxurious, from the incredible and thoughtful gourmet food to the stunning scenery and grounds. We were given a tour of the resort, and were touched by the rich history of the area, not to mention being offered a tour in the first place!

The whole dinner was full of surprises, care, and attention to detail. Not to mention the outrageously delicious flavours. Food has hardly ever made me smile so much.

Lorenzo’s cocktails were a treat for all the senses, and his clear passion and talent was self-evident.

All the staff went above and beyond to make this a truly fantastic, memorable, and unique experience. I cannot recommend this...

Wow what a memorable evening this was. The property is gorgeous. The entire staff was so welcoming and made us feel like home. They all had great personalities and were so much fun. We started with a couple of cocktails before we sat and they were well thought out and tasty, made with local Ingredients.

The tasting menu with the wine pairing was incredible!!! The food was not only visually stunning but absolutely delicious. It’s hard to pinpoint our favorites because everything was so good. Each bite was so unique and the wine couldn’t have been better paired. All of the wine pairings went so well with the food and were wines I’ve never tasted before.

I hate to even write this 3 star review because the service was so extraordinarily good and the team tried to make this a truly memorable evening for us. But I just didn’t like the food, any of it. Yes, it was innovative and creative, with ingredients sourced right there on the resort, and I can tell the chef is exceptionally skilled. I’m one of those diners who will try and can enjoy any new food creation, but the pairings and preparations for the amuse bouche to the pasta w tuna bottarga, to the braised tongue just left me feeling disappointed...
