Super rude worker/waitress female blonde - no name of course … refused to put a table cloth on our table and take our order. We waited 20 min at the table, we waited patiently until we finally left … especially rude when we realized she stoped her coworker from cleaning our table, seemed to have hostile attitude toward customers …. she seat two other parties, right next to us and started to serve them, simply ignoring us despite our attempt to request help. Absolutely rude and ruthless service. You should not work in hospitality, serving food to visitors and people if you tend to have such bad attitude and be hostile to your costumers, if you don’t want to treat your customers with respect perhaps find a job where there is no contact with visitors. But if you are working at a tourist attraction then you should have some training how to handle customers...

A magical little spot by the lake! From the moment we arrived, it felt warm and personal. The mother cooks with so much care, and the daughter looks after the guests - we learned this during a lovely conversation that made the experience even more special.

Everything is homemade with top-quality ingredients. The pasta with ragù (pictured) was outstanding - so good that we decided to order goulash to share, just to try more of their specialties. You can really taste the difference: they even travel 45 km to a trusted local butcher to get the best meat, because supermarket meat just doesn’t compare.

Delicious food, genuine hospitality, and the view over the lake all come together to make this place...

Yesterday, after a walk around the lake, we stopped by for tea and cake. As we were heading towards the tables at the back, a female employee with long blonde hair stopped us and, visibly upset, told us that one area was the restaurant and the other was the bar. She then seated us at the largest table. We would have preferred a view and didn’t understand why we couldn’t sit elsewhere, as only one table in that section was occupied, and it was no longer lunchtime.

Throughout the rest of our visit, her attitude remained arrogant and inappropriate.

The cake and strudel were fine, and together with two teas, the total was €18—not exactly cheap, but understandable given...
