An Absolutely Wonderful experience.. We sat outside..even though everyone else was inside..as it was a cool early September evening... This created more work for the lovely waiting on staff... They go upstairs downstairs and outside (sorry again and thank you!!! ) . Everyone was really helpful with everything.... our seven year old daughter was served first (a delicious gnocchi with a hand cut ragu).. "Oooh and so many little bites first... Oooh the potatoes and lemon taster... Just perfect!! The whole place has been refurbished and transformed... Its A family business run with love and care. The wine list was refreshing and unexpected! I devoured.. Crunchy porcini.. A four Mushroom risotto.. A beautiful rack of lamb and seasonal vegetables.. And many bottles of beautiful wines. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ And absolute must if you...

Such a wonderfully warm experience that we had both lunch and dinner here! Grandpa still helms the grill (the lamb and deer dishes were sublime), grandma and mother helm the kitchen wonderfully, and granddaughter and uncle helm the front of house. Such excellent flavors, really great wine recommendations. We tried half the menu over the two meals and everything was good! Loved the eggplant dish especially, and the canolo. Lovely setting too, both inside and outside....

Premetto che cordialità educazione qualità dei prodotti e ospitalità non trovano pari nei paraggi, purtroppo oggi, entrati con prenotazione alle 13.40 siamo usciti alle 16.00 avendo assaggiato la degustazione di antipasti (4) una tartare e una tagliata con contorni al seguito 2 dolci e 2 caffè. Al di là dei tempi eccessivi di attesa, gli antipasti sono arrivati dopo 50 minuti di attesa, quello che ha disturbato maggiormente è stato il fumo di ritorno dal camino nella sala superiore per l'intero periodo, siamo stati costretti a chiedere l'apertura delle "finestrelle" perché iniziavano a bruciarci gli occhi. La risposta gentile e garbata del personale è stata quella di scusarsi per il problema del fumo a causa di un problema al camino, abbiamo chiesto il cambio del piano ma non è stato possibile perché già tutto occupato al pian terreno e all'esterno. Altra cosa poco piacevole è stato l'odore di fognatura nei bagni. Concludendo personale da 5 stelle cucina da 5 stelle location da 5 stelle ma tempi di attesa fumo in sala e odore nei bagni 1 stella. Arrivati a casa abbiamo dovuto toglierci tutto, sapevamo da fumo, farci la doccia e buttare i vestiti in lavatrice. Ci auguriamo che i titolari intervengano al più presto per risolvere i problemi, noi in tutta coscienza ci siamo sempre trovati bene nella vecchia location (San Lorenzo), confidiamo in una rapida soluzione dei problemi...
