L'Osteria Tavullia — Restaurant in Tavullia

We drove a few hours out of the way to go Tavullia to see The Doctor's hometown. We showed up at 2:35 pm, apparently they close at 2:30 pm and open up again later for dinner. Sadly we did not get to try the food. None of this was posted online and I also Facebook Messaged the store the day before and I still have not received a response. I would have planned the little time I had in Italy more appropriately to meet the stores opening hours.

I also had asked about purchasing a Rossi shirt, but I was told I had to join the 40 euro fan club. It would have been nice if I was redirected to the gift shop which I apparently missed as well as the 4 people working in the small fan club store where too busy talking to each other to help direct a fan in the right direction.

Pretty disappointed with my visit. Just wanted some food and a shirt of my favorite racer. Customer service was non existant. At least I didn't have to pay for parking to take a picture. I expected more out of the great VR46...

Wonderful evening with hubby to celebrate our anniversary. He had wanted to try out this place for a while, so finally we got the chance to go. Professional and friendly staff, service is fast and efficient. We ordered pizza 🍕 😋 it was just perfect, thin and crispy, thoroughly enjoyed it with a red artisinal beer 🍺

Only problem is that there are stairs everywhere! Upstairs to the comfy dining room, downstairs to the boisterous main dining room and downstairs again to bathroom 🚻 The waiters need to be and are...

I rode 2000km for the Vale experience on Mugello MotoGP weekend to get served by waiters who thought they are more important than the customer.. good pizza terrible terrible TERRIBLE! service from arrogant waiters.
