Blue River — Restaurant in Terenzo

We recently move from London to Sala Baganda . The restaurant was highly recommended by neighbours. I been to this restaurant 3 times now and feels like service getting worse and worse. First time I got wrong oder and now knife and folk, second time tree different waitresses ask us we want desert and coffe and we sed yes, waited for one hour knowing they was not busy and just paid the bill. Today my friends from London really wanted to try this restaurant. And I was disappointed again . I oder the pizza, but because of heat I couldn’t eat too much so I have 2 slices and ask waiter to put in box for me. When I was leaving I ask for my pizza and waiter sed I am very sorry I thrown away. No discount no offering to make me another pizza nothing . I was speechless. Avoid this place. Took away our water before we finished. Main dish portion was tiny.

Offered us apéritif drinks after our meal, and specifically asked us to find him before we leave so he can take it off the bill. Which is what we did. After we paid, checked the receipt and realised he charged us for the drinks. Then we asked him and he just brushed us off and said he forgot.

Also charged for an extra bottle of water.
