We had our first visit to Ameterra, and it absolutely deserves 5 stars. The restaurant was spotless, with a clean and inviting atmosphere that immediately set a great tone for the evening.

The food was outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The fish was especially delicious, and the Sicilian rolls were a standout. They have a great wine selection that paired perfectly with our meal.

Our waiter was incredibly helpful and attentive, adding to an already excellent experience. From start to finish, everything was top-notch.

Disappointment based on our first hand experience compared to the expectations generated by other comments regarding this establishment. We opted for the fish menu and apart from the pasta variant the rest were reasonable but not exceptional. Service was not good,we had to ask for the wine list two or three times and when it fanally arrived our choice was not available. When we finally agreed an alternative when it arrived there was no cooling facilities provide normally associated with white wine The staff were pleasant but not on top of their game. Appena entrati siamo stati accolti con eleganza dal personale garbato e molto gentile... Ci siamo seduti al tavolo e subito ci hanno portato dei grissini fatti in casa... Nella scelta del menù abbiamo chiesto informazioni e siamo stati soddisfatti con le risposte... Abbiamo chiesto una variante ma nessun problema... La scelta dei vini è ottima... Gli antipasti che abbiamo preso erano divini... Pesce freschissimo cucinato alla perfezione... Cibo servito con attenzione nei particolari... Niente è stato servito a caso... I primi, "abbiamo scelto un risotto al posto degli spaghetti", erano impeccabili... Pesce abbondante e molto fresco... Vongole senza sabbia... Il che fa l'eccezione... Gambero seppia calamaro cozze pesce spada... Insomma... Un risotto così era tempo che non lo mangiavamo... Abbiamo concluso col dessert perché già strapieni... Il cameriere ci ha consigliato un semifreddo alle mandorle e la crema catalana... Vi dico solo questo... Provate la crema catalana e poi fate voi una recensione... Degna di un'ottima pasticceria...
