Villa delle Rose — Restaurant in Termoli

So, let’s start from the beginning. As soon as we got in the restaurant we were met with a clean environment and the place was definitelly not full, low with clients.

We sat and had to wait 30 minutes before receiving the menu’s. That was already a sign..

When we ordered we received the first plate pretty fast but the portions where so small that we had to eat loads of bread to fullfill the hunger.

The main course arrived very late and the quality of the fish was very, very bad. The fish was clearly frozen and the used sauces were distaceful cause of the low quality…

The last ordered meal never arrived and we discovered at the end that it was not written on their order paper…

They were understanding at the end but i don’t think i...

What a genuine hospitality and excellent food and wine!! The owner took his time to show us recommendations for our next destination and he and the lovely Argentinian waiter made us feel so wecome .. old fashioned hospitality..it makes you slow down and enjoy the moment. We had the monkfish with potatoes and olives and calamari frito.. pure flavours at its best. They servds us an octopus salad on the house.. gorgeous flavours. And not to forget the delicous local pecorino wine. Italy at it’s best!...

DA EVITARE !!! SCONSIGLIATO servizio pessimo, personale incompetente, attenzione alla salute dei clienti inesistente … Un'esperienza da non ripetere e un posto da cancellare dalla lista dei ristoranti da considerare.

Mi dispiace dirlo, ma consiglio vivamente di evitare questo ristorante. Il servizio è stato un disastro totale. Le portate sono arrivate a tempi completamente sfalsati, costringendo alcuni di noi a mangiare mentre altri aspettavano. Non parliamo poi delle porzioni, alcune abbondanti altre ridicolmente scarse

Il personale era l'apoteosi dell'arroganza, con un cameriere in particolare che sembrava non aver mai visto una sala da pranzo né clienti da servire. Risposte maleducate e nessuna traccia di esperienza o di voglia di fare il proprio lavoro. Invece di offrire una soluzione o quanto meno delle scuse per i disagi, ci siamo imbattuti in risposte scortesi e arroganti specialmente da parte del giovane cameriere che evidentemente mancava di esperienza oppure era il suo primo giorno di lavoro

ASSURDO…Il colmo è stato la gestione delle ALLERGIE ALIMENTARI . Nonostante avessimo segnalato chiaramente la necessità di un piatto adatto a un celiaco, il riso servito non era stato preparato separatamente come sarebbe dovuto essere.
