This is a delightful roadside restaurant with excellent food. The staff were lovely and welcoming to my wife and I, even though we didn't have reservations and it was later in the evening. Though we were in the mood for just pizza and wine, La Rosa does offer a full menu. The pizza was excellent, with thin crust that had a crisp bottom and some char at the edges, and the menu offered more varieties and combinations of toppings than perhaps any restaurant we have visited in Rome and Tuscany over a two week holiday. We stopped at Pizzeria La Rosa and asked if they were opened (realizing later their sign says closed Mondays) and they graciously sat us to dine in.
