ARCANTO gelateria — Restaurant in Territorio Val d'Adige

Sono passato oggi pomeriggio in questa gelateria, salutando cortesemente chi era dietro al bancone. In cambio? Nessun saluto, nessun sorriso, solo sguardi freddi e infastiditi, come a dire “ma questo cosa vuole?”. Un’accoglienza che mette subito a disagio.

Trovo sinceramente assurdo pagare 3 euro per una singola pallina di gelato, soprattutto considerando la scelta molto limitata e banale dei gusti. Ho chiesto informazioni sul gusto “Mediterraneo” e la ragazza mi ha risposto con evidente scazzo, come se le stessi facendo un torto. Ho provato a scambiare due parole per rompere il ghiaccio, ma mi sono ritrovato davanti a un vero e proprio muro: nessuna voglia di comunicare, zero cordialità.

A peggiorare il tutto, c’è il fatto che per un prezzo così alto non c’è nemmeno un posto decente dove potersi sedere. Niente tavolini, niente area esterna curata — solo una misera panchina, e basta. Se il gelato fosse stato almeno all’altezza, o l’ambiente accogliente, si potrebbe anche giustificare, ma così no.
