Burger King — Restaurant in Territorio Val d'Adige

This place is DIRTY. We arrived before they opened for the day, and we're the first people to walk through te doors. While being the second customer to be served for the day it was shocking to see how dirty the place was behind the cash register. They must not have cleaned well after closing the night before. Old food and stains on the floor, dirty machines etc.

We initially tried to order on their self service machines but non of them worked. When we notified the staff, they didn't care. "You can just order here". So our order for 5 people had to be re-done at the register, but their digital menus weren't working so we couldn't see the menu there. We were getting pretty frustrated by this time, and it only got worse.

The young lady working the register didn't understand that we wanted all our food to be the full menu/combo, and even when I asked if she put in the menu she said yes, yet when the food came we were missing half of what I thought I ordered. She said there was no way to adjust the price and we ended up having to pay separately for fries and drinks with our burgers, which was much more expensive. Our fries were cold at that.

I will never go back here. Poor service can be explained if the place us super busy but not when they just opened and the place is empty. Poor hygiene on the other...

Worst Burger King I’ve ever eaten at. Food was cold, burgers were poorly made and chips were hard and cold. As we DIDNT speak Italian, they told us to go to the very bad machines to order and staff were unhelpful when picking up orders . The tables were dirty, the music was bad and finally when we tried the Fanta from the dispensers, it was NOT Fanta, just tasted bad . Molto lento il servizio.hanno adottato la ordinazioni su touch screen all' ingresso.nessun cartello indica l'obbligo di ordinare da la.coda davanti allo schermo.coda alla cassa. Coda per ritirare.lento molto lento.ULTIMA VOLTA CHE VENGO!!!SERVIZIO PESSIMO. AL MEC SONO 10. VOLTE PIU RAPIDI.

Tornato un anno dopo, per provare a dare fiducia a codesto locale . Purtroppo devo confermare la disorganizzazione totale, la mancanza di chiare indicazioni sull uso del totem per gli ordini posto all ingresso dove riscontro laa mancanza della carta per lo scontrino e noto nell' arco della serata la mancata sostituzione della stessa a causa di lamentele di altri avventori.inoltre all ingresso l'erogatore del disinfettante è vuoto e/o funziona male non da liquido. Inoltre manca una persona che controlli gli accessi. Al momento del pagamento segnalo il disagio ma non viene fatto nulla.nell attesa dell' ordine,scopro che non viene seguito la numerazione degli scontrini.e inoltre se si vuol ordinare un gelato o una bibita, il sistema lo prende come un ordine completo, magari velocizzare gli ordini piccoli sarebbe un ottima cosa.In oltre per concludere credo che mi rivolgerò alla concorrenza del Mc Donald dove sono più organizzati e ti servono al tavolo.peccato. comunque a vedere dai pochi clienti ..... sarà.a fine serata, noto che il rotolo della carta scontrino l'hanno cambiato....
