Caffè Tridente — Restaurant in Territorio Val d'Adige

We had the most wonderful experience at Caffè Tridente in June. My husband and I live in the United States, but we got married in Trento this summer. The night before the wedding, we hosted a welcome party at Caffè Tridente for our American guests that were flying in. Even though we were planning from the US, we never had any problems with communication. Silvia was so responsive over WhatsApp, answered all our questions, and accommodated all of our needs. Ein tolles Lokal, aber eine Kellnerin geht gar nicht! Sie verbreitet eine so schlechte Stimmung, dass man ihr am liebsten sagen will, wie man sich als Gast fühlt. Im Detail wirkt sich das so aus, dass man entspannt im Lokal sitzt und diese Kellnerin anfängt mit einer übermotivierten Art und Weise alle Tische in exakt der gleichen Position auszurichten. Jeder Stuhl wird mit möglichst viel Krach so zurecht gerückt, dass die Ideallinie eingehalten wird, dass könnte man noch verzeihen, aber... der Gesichtsausdruck sagt: "Warum müssen diese sch.... Gäste meine Stühle und Tische unordentlich machen?" Kurz gesagt, es ist einfach peinlich und wirklich nicht angebracht als Servicekraft eine solche schlechte Stimmung zu verbreiten, oder? Wir haben uns ansonsten immer sehr wohl gefühlt, wenn ihre Kollegen im Service waren. Dass man bei Ihr auch extra nach Chips nachfragen muss, ist auch so eine Sachen, denn die anderen Mitarbeiter stellen immer welche hin. Vielleicht gibt es ja normalerweise keine Chips (bei ihr), aber dann kann sie das ja sagen. Sie bringt uns aber welche, natürlich immer erst auf Nachfrage! Dann aber natürlich mit einem vernichtenden Blick der bodenlosen Abscheu! Quasi mai vista tanta incompetenza, arrivo dopo un temporale mi siedo su un bancone sotto le volte ,i camerieri sono tutti impegnati a ripristinare i tavoli e nessuno mi degna di uno sguardo,aspetto 5 minuti me ne vado e torno dopo un quarto d'ora circa, mi siedo ad un tavolo, e due camerieri sono ancora lì a ripristinare i tavoli ,non capisco da cosa visto che sono tutti oramai asciutti e puliti, dopo 5 minuti passa una cameriere mi dice che a breve arriverà la collega; in tutto siamo quattro tavoli e la collega arriva dopo 8 minuti e serve un signore che è arrivato ben dopo di me e posizionato nel tavolo a fianco, dopo altri 2 minuti e due tavoli ulteriormente ripristinati mi chiede se sono a posto,alchè ordino...dopo 5 minuti arriva Finalmente il mio calice di spumante, che per fortuna non ha difetti accompagnato da un buon aperitivo...
