We discovered this great restaurant by chance and are totally in love.

The two guys who cooked for us and served us were very friendly and helpful. The food was also great. We had risotto and pizza siciliana and both were fantastic. And the modern deconstructed tiramisu was also delicious.

The restaurant looks unassuming from the outside, but is beautifully decorated inside, with lovely old chairs and various cute tables. It is tucked away in a residential area, so it is easy to miss. But that would be a shame, because it's definitely worth a visit. Trento visitors don't have to worry about parking: there are plenty of free parking spaces in the streets right next to the restaurant.

Unfortunately, the restaurant does not seem to have its own website, but so it remains an insider's tip for all lovers of homemade...

Tucked away in a quiet corner, this restaurant is truly a hidden gem. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with warm, welcoming service that is attentive without being overbearing, adding a personal touch to the overall experience.

Every dish is prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients and presented beautifully. I especially recommend the carpaccio di branzino—it was delicate, bursting with flavor, and perfectly balanced. However, all dishes we tried were delicious.

I do not have words to adequately describe this experience. I have been to Michelin star restaurants across the globe, and this is top - from the simple yet elegant flavors, to the open and inviting atmosphere and the impeccable service, I felt both at home and elevated.

Must enjoy this destination in Italy. Best dining experience and quality food from Northern Italy. Although there is a seasonal menu, you must try the sea bass carpaccio and pistachio dessert, if available! The deconstructed tiramisu is certainly to write home about.
