We actually planned our trip to Trento around ice cream. Yep, that’s how serious we are. When we spotted an ice cream shop with a perfect ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐ rating, we assumed it was one of those “my mom and two cousins wrote the reviews” situations. But no—over 180 people agreed this place is the real deal. Intrigued? Us too.

Trento itself was lovely, but Lado… oh boy, Lado stole the show. This isn’t just ice cream, it’s an experience. Creamy, dreamy, ridiculously flavorful. We each grabbed a big pot (because why hold back?) and every single one of our five flavors was an absolute hit. Not one disappointment. Zero regrets. Only happy taste buds.

Also: the vegan options! Usually “vegan ice cream” makes you think of sad sorbet—nope, not here. Even the dairy-free stuff was next-level amazing. And yes, we also had the milk-based ice cream, because balance, right?
